Why is there a membershp fee to volunteer our time and services:
Organizations take capital. We try our best to streamline every expense, but there are necessity items such as general liability insurance, tax filing and
other organizational fees that are associated with running a non-profit.
(However remember that your membership fee is tax-deductible)
Business Partners
We are currently developing our membership benefits and
would like to include your company in our membership package. One of our
founding philosophies has always been to keep spending local, and this includes
supporting our local merchants and business owners. You can join our efforts by
offering a 5% or more discount on goods or services to WCC members. This
incentive would be highlighted in the membership brochure packet that would
also include your business logo,
address and location as well as web presence
at our redesigned website.
We believe this would not only be beneficial to our membersbut strengthen your business presence and keep money local to support our
community.
